Anyone Ever Read Louis L'Amour Books?

Question: My dad was a big fan of his books, I think he must have read them all. We were cleaning the garage, I asked him if he wanted us to give it away. He said, "No those will be worth money someday." We had to give them away after he died. I'm just wondering if anyone else read any?

Answer: Yes I have read all of them. I used to have over 100 paperbacks. Louis L'Amour was an adventurous man. He shared those experiences through the characters in his books. He was I believe a man of high character and decency. When I read his books I felt like I was there. I could feel the heat of the desert, the misery of the rain storm, smell the horses and hear the creak of the saddle leather. Much about life and how one should live can be learned from his books. I loved every one of them.
